How do I start the process?

Fill out our contact form with your wedding details, and we’ll automatically send you a quick pricing snapshot. Next, we’ll schedule a call to answer any questions you have. Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a proposal. After reviewing your quote and signing your contract, we’ll set up a meeting to dive into your inspiration and develop a custom design concept.

How does pricing work?

We provide a custom quote outlining all costs involved in creating your elements. We offer both packages and à la carte options.General pricing can also be found on our Etsy.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our turnaround time depends on availability in our production schedule, which often fills 8–12+ months in advance. However, rush projects may be available for an additional fee. We’ll discuss your specific timeline during our initial meeting.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Once digital sketches are approved for painting, two rounds of edits are included in your contract. Additional revisions are subject to an hourly fee, though 1–2 rounds are usually enough to perfect the design.

How does printing work?

We use professional stationery printers with luxury paper and finishes and we are happy to handle the printing for you. However, for our clients abroad or with tight timelines, many of our designs are available as digital files for self-printing.

Who owns the artwork?

Wed West retains copyright ownership of all artwork. No designs may be resold or used for purposes beyond those outlined in your contract.
